Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Significant restaurant operations experience
  • Multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Ability to learn and apply company standard operating procedures
  • Ability to learn and apply HR policies and procedures
  • P and L analysis and corrective measures
  • Supervisory practices experience
  • Interviewing and identifying high performing candidates
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws
  • Ability to execute training and development practices
  • Strong PC skills
  • Completion of Serve Safe and Phase Training
  • Food safety certification

  • Significant restaurant operations experience

Job Duties

  • Ensure proper staffing levels and diversity of management workforce
  • Monitor crew and management labor availability
  • Maintain ongoing recruiting, recognition, and retention programs for restaurant management
  • Develop staffing plans to maintain management stability
  • Execute quality, timely performance feedback, performance management, and reviews
  • Develop subordinates to maximize contributions and promotion opportunities
  • Provide proper restaurant management training and development
  • Mentor District Manager to enhance operational performance
  • Oversee compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Conduct working restaurant visits to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Monitor and implement corrective actions for customer satisfaction
  • Protect brand and company assets through policy compliance
  • Evaluate store performance and coach managers
  • Maximize sales goals with monitoring and execution of marketing programs
  • Develop local restaurant marketing plans
  • Manage new product rollout requirements
  • Maximize profit goals through budget review and cost monitoring
  • Utilize operational and financial knowledge to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Train subordinates in business operations and opportunity identification
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives
  • Perform other assigned job duties
