Job Duties
- Rotate through multiple aspects of the restaurant to gain knowledge of the total operation
- initial training period (4-6 months) before launching into the director level role with oversight of all facets of the restaurant (marketing, catering, inventory, scheduling, FOH/BOH, hiring)
- create a culture of service and deep care for team members and guests
- mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team of people to motivate and help them reach their highest potential
- develop 6-7 direct reports through one-on-one meetings, consistent reviews, and coaching
- actively take ownership of business responsibilities (budgeting, vendor relationships)
- maintain quality in food safety, cleanliness, and Chick-fil-A standards
- ongoing evaluation of business needs and streamlining systems/processes for efficiency
- build a strong relationship with the Leadership Team and executive operator's vision
