Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • significant restaurant operations experience with multi-unit management
  • ability to learn and apply company SOPs
  • knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
  • demonstrated supervisory and interviewing skills
  • food safety certification
  • ability to complete recommended training programs such as Serve Safe
  • strong PC skills
  • ability to travel locally and occasionally outside the area
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to work in varied temperature and noise environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • college degree preferred
  • significant multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • ability to learn and apply company standard operating procedures
  • knowledge of HR policies and federal, state, and local employment laws
  • experience in supervisory practices and interviewing
  • strong PC skills
  • food safety certification
  • ability to execute training and development practices
  • demonstrated P&L analysis skills

Job Duties

  • Oversees daily operations of a district of 12-13 restaurants
  • manages a District Manager responsible for 6-7 restaurants
  • grows sales and profits by improving customer satisfaction and human resource management
  • mentors employees and develops management talent
  • ensures compliance with food safety and company policies
  • conducts restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • protects company assets and brand reputation
  • maximizes sales and profit goals by managing budgets and marketing plans
  • analyzes financial data and implements corrective actions
  • participates in strategic planning initiatives
  • performs other job duties as assigned
