Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience managing hotel front desk and housekeeping operations
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with hotel management software
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- ability to operate hotel POS and PMS systems
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- strong initiative and team player mentality
- effective problem-solving skills
- ability to work well under stress
- excellent guest service and communication skills
- valid driver’s license preferred
Job Duties
- supervise housekeeping and front desk departments
- ensure guest satisfaction and product quality standards
- prepare team member schedules according to budgets and business forecasts
- train staff in financial control procedures
- recommend local attractions and amenities to guests
- assist with check-in and check-out processes
- manage human resources functions including recruiting, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
- coordinate operations with other departments
- monitor daily bookings and manage oversold room types
