- experience as a corporate restaurant company field operations leader
- leadership of multiple managers across multiple high volume units
- extensive area coach experience leading 6-8 restaurant general managers
- personal experience running a successful restaurant with knowledge of operations and team roles
- cross-functional leadership experience in corporate office
- good communication and strong interpersonal skills with conflict resolution and team building capability
Job Duties
- recruit and equip the best operators to deliver great customer experiences
- build a healthy and robust bench of developed and capable managers
- hold area coaches accountable for people, customer, sales and profit targets
- lead by example and be a culture champion living by Taco Bell principles
- leverage culture and people capability to fuel brand performance
- provide leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
- coach managers to execute Taco Bell Operating System and brand standards including food safety
- identify and resolve brand protection and safety issues with urgency
- partner with managers to build sales and execute marketing promotions
- train and coach area coaches to improve restaurant financial results
- lead efforts to deliver restaurant profit targets
- work with area coaches to meet profit goals and flow-thru objectives
- build capability for problem solving and planning
- take ownership of repair and maintenance issues and resolve chronic problems
