Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ years restaurant management experience
  • Strong quick service restaurant background
  • Experience leading multiple managers and high volume units
  • Proven leadership in corporate restaurant or field operations
  • Dynamic and proactive leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in employee relations and team development
  • Knowledge of operational standards and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to drive sales growth and operational excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Strong quick service restaurant experience balancing product quality and fast service
  • Dynamic, energetic and positive leadership style
  • Proven ability to coach, develop teams and drive culture
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, time management and execution skills
  • 10+ years restaurant management experience with strong people development record
  • Experience as area coach or field operations leader in a corporate restaurant company
  • Leadership of multiple managers across high volume units
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and team member management
  • Cross-functional leadership experience in corporate settings
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with team building capability

Job Duties

  • Recruit and equip the best operators in the world to deliver great customer experiences
  • Build a healthy and robust bench of developed and capable managers
  • Hold area coaches accountable for people, customer, sales and profit targets
  • Lead by example and be a culture champion embodying Taco Bell principles
  • Leverage culture and people capability to fuel brand performance
  • Provide leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent Taco Bell Operating System execution
  • Partner with managers to grow sales and profits, implement marketing promotions, and improve restaurant financial results
  • Coach area coaches and managers to deliver profit targets in every restaurant
  • Develop problem-solving and planning skills through hands-on demonstrations
  • Resolve employee relations issues and proactively support managers
