Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old
  • minimum of five years supervisory experience
  • proficiency in English communication
  • strong computer skills including MS Office
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • successful background checks
  • ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with flexible schedule
  • ability to travel moderately between agency sites
  • demonstrate cultural and trauma-sensitive competence
  • ability to manage multiple teams and projects
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • associate degree in business related field with relevant experience
  • equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • minimum of five years supervisory experience
  • experience in behavioral health preferred
  • strong command of English with professional verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • successful completion of criminal background and abuse registry checks
  • valid Kansas driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance

Job Duties

  • Oversee operational management including business plan development, budget monitoring, and KPI achievement
  • collaborate with leadership team to develop and adjust budgets
  • drive quality improvement, compliance, and revenue initiatives aligned with agency goals
  • monitor productivity and expenses and make necessary adjustments
  • lead program development and review departmental efficiencies
  • respond to community needs by developing relevant services
  • represent the agency on community committees and task forces
  • act as ambassador of the agency and foster internal and external partnerships
  • develop and implement policies to improve administrative efficiency and service quality
  • evaluate administrative processes and recommend improvements
  • maintain communication across departments
  • demonstrate cultural competence and trauma-sensitive interactions
  • promote agency mission and philosophy
  • establish professional boundaries and treat individuals with dignity and respect
  • work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • ensure timely completion of reports and trainings
  • perform other duties as assigned
