Job Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience as a Chick-fil-A Director
  • Ability to lead and develop leaders effectively
  • Strong strategic and operational skills
  • Positive and servant-hearted leadership approach
  • Commitment to high standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Self-motivated and reliable work ethic
  • Availability to work 40+ hours per week with flexible schedule including Saturdays, early mornings, and late evenings
  • Must have Sundays off
  • Ability to manage key operational metrics
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Passion for guest satisfaction and team development

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in every aspect of execution
  • Own forecasting, labor planning, productivity management, and operational strategy
  • Manage food cost through waste monitoring, portion accuracy, and disciplined execution
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, ordering, and product quality
  • Drive food safety and food quality standards with passion and consistency
  • Lead Operations Coordinators, providing coaching, accountability, and communication
  • Build and reinforce a culture of care, excellence, integrity, and teamwork
  • Support sales growth, operational success, and long-term business health
