Job Requirements
- Multiple years of experience as a Chick-fil-A Director
- Ability to lead and develop leaders effectively
- Strong strategic and operational skills
- Positive and servant-hearted leadership approach
- Commitment to high standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Self-motivated and reliable work ethic
- Availability to work 40+ hours per week with flexible schedule including Saturdays, early mornings, and late evenings
- Must have Sundays off
- Ability to manage key operational metrics
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Passion for guest satisfaction and team development

Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in every aspect of execution
- Own forecasting, labor planning, productivity management, and operational strategy
- Manage food cost through waste monitoring, portion accuracy, and disciplined execution
- Oversee inventory accuracy, ordering, and product quality
- Drive food safety and food quality standards with passion and consistency
- Lead Operations Coordinators, providing coaching, accountability, and communication
- Build and reinforce a culture of care, excellence, integrity, and teamwork
- Support sales growth, operational success, and long-term business health
