Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in every aspect of execution
- Own forecasting, labor planning, productivity management, and operational strategy
- Manage food cost through waste monitoring, portion accuracy, and disciplined execution
- Oversee inventory accuracy, ordering, and product quality
- Drive food safety and food quality standards with passion and consistency
- Lead Operations Coordinators, providing coaching, accountability, and communication
- Build and reinforce a culture of care, excellence, integrity, and teamwork
- Support sales growth, operational success, and long-term business health
