Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • College degree preferred
  • 18 years old or older
  • Significant restaurant operations experience
  • Multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Ability to learn and apply company SOPs
  • Ability to learn and apply HR policies
  • P&L analysis skills
  • Supervisory practices experience
  • Interviewing and high-performing candidate identification
  • Knowledge of employment laws
  • Training and development execution
  • Strong PC skills
  • Completion of recommended training like Serve Safe
  • Food safety certification

  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment laws
  • Ability to execute training and development practices
  • Strong PC skills
  • Completion of training programs such as Serve Safe and Phase Training
  • Food safety certification

Job Duties

  • Ensures proper staffing levels and diversity of management workforce
  • Monitors crew and management labor availability
  • Maintains systems for recruiting, recognition, and retention of restaurant management
  • Develops crew and management staffing plans to maintain management stability
  • Ensures execution of quality, timely performance feedback and management reviews
  • Develops subordinates to maximize their contributions and promotion opportunities
  • Provides restaurant management training and development
  • Achieves certified training restaurant goals
  • Mentors District Managers to improve operational performance
  • Oversees one District Manager to develop operational knowledge and improve OSAT scores
  • Ensures all food safety procedures comply with Company policies and health regulations
  • Conducts working restaurant visits to improve Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
  • Implements corrective actions as required for compliance and brand protection
  • Monitors store performance and coaches managers
  • Maximizes sales vs budget and prior year
  • Develops local restaurant marketing plans
  • Manages requirements for new product rollouts
  • Monitors food and labor costs
  • Utilizes profit and loss statements to track and improve results
  • Applies knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and accounting to maximize growth
  • Trains subordinates in business operations and opportunity identification
  • Participates in strategic planning initiatives
  • Performs other assigned duties as required
