- Food safety certification

Job Duties
- Ensures proper staffing levels are achieved
- Ensures diversity of management workforce
- Monitors crew and management labor availability
- Maintains ongoing system for recruiting, recognition, and retention of restaurant management
- Develops crew and management staffing plans to maintain management stability
- Ensures execution of quality, timely performance feedback, performance management, and performance reviews
- Develops subordinates to maximize their contributions and future promotion opportunities
- Provides proper restaurant management training and development using established systems and practices
- Achieves certified training restaurant goals
- Mentors District Managers to influence improved Operational performance
- Oversees one District Manager to develop operational knowledge
- Ensures all food safety procedures are executed according to company policies and health/sanitation regulations
- Plans and conducts working restaurant visits with all levels of restaurant management to ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitors food product quality
- Implements corrective actions as required
- Ensures protection of company brand and assets through district compliance with company policies and procedures
- Evaluates store performance using company inspection forms
- Coaches and retrains managers as required
- Maximizes sales goals versus budget and prior year
- Monitors and executes national and local marketing programs
- Develops local restaurant marketing plans
- Manages requirements for new product rollouts and procedures
- Maximizes profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Reviews assigned restaurant budgets
- Monitors food and labor costs
- Utilizes profit/loss statements to track results and implement corrective actions
- Applies strong knowledge of operations, budgeting, accounting, and administrative procedures
- Develops and trains subordinates to understand overall business operations and identify areas for improvement
- Participates in strategic planning initiatives impacting the operational market
- Performs other job duties as assigned
