Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- college degree preferred
- minimum 18 years old
- significant restaurant operations experience
- multi-unit restaurant management experience or equivalent education and experience
- ability to learn standard operating procedures
- ability to learn and apply HR policies
- knowledge of P&L analysis and corrective measures
- supervisory experience
- experience interviewing and selecting high-performing candidates
- knowledge of employment laws
- ability to execute training and development
- strong PC skills
- ability to complete Serve Safe and Phase Training
- food safety certification
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to work in hot, cold, and loud environments
- ability to travel between restaurants including occasional 10% travel outside local area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required

- significant restaurant operations experience
- multi-unit restaurant management experience required

- knowledge of HR policies and procedures

- skilled in interviewing and identifying high performing candidates
- knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- ability to execute training and development practices

- ability to complete recommended training programs such as Serve Safe

Job Duties
- Ensures proper staffing levels and diversity of management work force
- monitors crew and management labor availability
- maintains ongoing system for recruiting, recognition, and retention of restaurant management
- develops crew and management staffing plans to maintain management stability
- ensures execution of quality, timely performance feedback and reviews
- develops subordinates to maximize contributions and promotion opportunities
- provides proper restaurant management training and development
- achieves certified training restaurant goals
- mentors District Managers to improve operational performance
- oversees food safety procedures compliance
- plans and conducts restaurant visits to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitors food product quality
- implements corrective actions when needed
- ensures protection of brand and company assets
- evaluates store performance and coaches managers
- maximizes sales goals versus budget and prior year
- manages marketing programs and local restaurant marketing plans
- oversees product rollouts and procedures
- monitors budgets, food, and labor costs
- utilizes profit/loss statements
- participates in strategic planning
- performs other duties as assigned
