Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years restaurant management experience
- Strong experience in quick service restaurant operations
- Proven leadership managing multiple units and teams
- Ability to drive sales, profit and customer satisfaction
- Experience in coaching and developing managers
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with franchise partners

- Over 10 years of restaurant management experience with talent recruitment and performance management
- Experience as field operations leader in a corporate restaurant company
- Hands-on experience managing multiple high volume units
- Extensive area coach experience leading multiple general managers
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and team member roles
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and corporate office collaboration
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated team building capability
Job Duties
- Recruit and equip the best operators to deliver great customer experiences
- Build a healthy and robust bench of developed and capable managers
- Hold area coaches accountable for people, customer, sales and profit targets
- Lead by example as a culture champion and live by Taco Bell principles
- Provide leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and leverage customer programs for coaching
- Train, coach, and hold area coaches and restaurant managers accountable for executing Taco Bell Operating System and brand standards including food safety
- Identify and act with urgency to resolve brand protection issues
- Partner with managers to build sales growth over last year’s achievement
- Train and coach on financial results improvement tools and processes
- Deliver restaurant profit targets and meet flow-thru objectives
- Address repair and maintenance issues and work with management to determine causes and solutions
- Develop problem solving and planning skills through hands-on demonstrations
- Utilize reports to identify operational opportunities and encourage top-line orientation
- Exemplify ownership and proactive leadership in all operational matters
