Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple above store leaders to meet restaurant standards and targets
  • Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient business math and accounting skills
  • Can make strong analytical decisions
  • Proficient computer literacy
  • College or university degree preferred
  • Three to five years of successful high sales volume operational management experience in the quick service restaurant industry
  • Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
  • Operates with integrity and confidentiality
  • Must be able to analyze general ledger documents
  • Must be able to prepare weekly rack and stack reports based on prior week profitability data
  • Must be able to analyze P&L profitability and create summary reports
  • Must be able to analyze sales and transaction trends to develop local store marketing strategies
  • Must be able to implement company vision consistently
  • Must be able to create bonus programs to motivate team members
  • Must be able to create and implement successful delivery driver programs
  • Must be able to use EXCEL
  • Must have 10 years experience at multi-unit level

Job Qualifications

  • College or university degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Mentor each above store leader in the market and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure above store and store level leaders work the designated schedule prioritizing peak business hours
  • Monitor orders and provide necessary training for forecasting and billing processes
  • Deliver Restaurant Controllable Profit and achieve targeted flow-thru/EBITDA in each restaurant
  • Analyze reports to identify opportunities for growth
  • Increase sales over the previous year for each assigned unit
  • Execute highest FSCC and HQSC standards as well as local health and safety compliance
  • Manage repairs and maintenance issues and implement preventive maintenance processes
  • Work a customer-based 50 hour plus work week and report directly to the CEO
  • Operate hands-on to maximize P&L management, cash control, inventory, labor management, and financial reporting
  • Communicate effectively to provide timely feedback at all organizational levels
  • Conduct consistent visits and provide verbal and written feedback to leadership
  • Develop action plans addressing B2B percentages, restaurant speed, delivery driver and staffing needs, and COGS concerns
  • Plan and maintain effective restaurant management organizations to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Motivate restaurant management to improve customer satisfaction and optimize performance
  • Support above store leaders in talent development and performance improvement
  • Hire, develop, and promote strong staffing bench and succession plans
  • Ensure internal promotions and hiring processes are executed properly
  • Take accountability for training and development of Area Coaches and General Managers
  • Foster culture of recognition and celebrate team success
  • Conduct new employee orientation and monitor training quality
  • Ensure all Restaurant Managers are Gold Seal certified
  • Ensure disciplinary processes and documentation are properly followed
  • Enforce daily cash audits and loss prevention procedures
  • Create and propose monthly contests to promote company goals
  • Complete administrative duties timely and follow instructions
  • Manage overall restaurant operations through site visits and report analysis
  • Provide strategic guidance on operations, standards, marketing, and development
  • Ensure accurate administrative and accounting duties
  • Monitor capital expenditures
  • Analyze systems for continual improvement
  • Provide strategic direction for sales, promotions, and operations
