- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, plumbing, or a related trade industry
- Proven track record in multi-location or operations management
- Strong understanding of field operations, scheduling, logistics, and financial accountability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, hands-on environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Lead company-wide operations, overseeing Branch Managers, Operations, Procurement, Estimating, and Scheduling
- Translate the CEO's vision into measurable goals, execution plans, and accountability across departments
- Directly manage department heads and branch leadership to ensure consistent quality and performance
- Oversee financial performance, efficiency metrics, and profitability
- Maintain seamless coordination between HQ and branch operations
- Develop scalable systems, policies, and reporting structures to support growth
- Build leadership depth and strengthen company culture across all levels
- Drive accountability through consistent meetings, scorecards, and performance reviews
