Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- at least 4 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- thorough understanding of practices theories and policies involved in business and finance
- superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- superior managerial and diplomacy skills
- extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- excellent analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- exceptional financial acumen for budgeting forecasting and cost management
- in-depth knowledge of F&B operations menu development and inventory control
- comprehensive understanding of health safety and sanitation
- excellent problem-solving strategic planning and organizational abilities
- proficiency in hospitality software POS systems and data analysis tools
- must be able to travel as needed to support operations

Job Duties
- Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics guidelines and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated
- identifies opportunities for improvement
- reviews analyzes and evaluates business procedures
- implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
- ensures work environments are adequate and safe
- oversees purchasing and sales departments ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership
- oversees all food and beverage operations from menu development to service delivery
- collaborates with Head Chef and F&B Director to develop and update menus ensuring high quality taste and presentation while staying current with industry trends
- manages F&B budgets controls costs and analyzes sales data to optimize profitability
- negotiates with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality product delivery
- ensures strict compliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations
- implements and audits safety protocols and procedures across all departments
- plans directs controls implements evaluates monitors and forecasts budgets and costs of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives
- communicates and explains new directives policies or procedures to managers for major changes meets with the entire operations staff to explain changes answer questions and maintain morale
- improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes
- leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations engineering technology and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes
- projects a positive image of the organization to employees customers industry and community
- performs other related duties as assigned
