Job Duties

  • Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics guidelines and standards for company performance evaluation
  • identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Reviews analyzes and evaluates business procedures
  • Implements policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations
  • Ensures work environments are adequate and safe
  • Oversees purchasing and sales departments to meet goals
  • Oversees all food and beverage operations including menu development and service delivery
  • Collaborates with Head Chef and F&B Director to develop and update menus
  • Manages F&B budgets controls costs and analyzes sales data
  • Negotiates with vendors and suppliers for product delivery
  • Ensures compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Implements and audits safety protocols across departments
  • Plans directs controls implements evaluates monitors and forecasts budgets and sales costs to meet financial objectives
  • Communicates new directives policies or procedures to managers and staff
  • Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy changes
  • Leads coordination among operations engineering technology and customer service divisions
  • Projects a positive image of the organization to stakeholders
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
