Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience with Chick-fil-A (high-volume preferred)
- Proven success leading teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, organization, and servant leadership skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and event days
- Willingness to travel to Chick-fil-A headquarters in Atlanta for training

- 3-5+ years of leadership with Chick-fil-A (high-volume preferred)
- Proven success leading teams in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations across front-of-house, back-of-house, drive-thru, catering, and mobile ordering
- Ensure operational excellence during peak times and event days at Patriot Place
- Recruit, train, and develop leaders and team members
- Champion Chick-fil-A's "Second Mile Service" to deliver best-in-class hospitality
- Manage labor planning, food safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
