Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- significant experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- college degree preferred
- demonstrated supervisory experience
- strong knowledge of restaurant operations
- experience in training and developing staff
- proficiency in financial analysis including P&L statements
- knowledge of food safety standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to mentor and develop management teams
- understanding of applicable employment laws
- certified food safety training
- ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Oversee management of daily operations of a district of 12-13 restaurants
- manage a District Manager responsible for 6-7 restaurants
- grow sales and profits by improving customer satisfaction and human resource management
- mentor employees and foster talent development
- ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- conduct restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and cleanliness
- develop and implement marketing and operational plans
- monitor budgets and perform profit and loss analysis
- participate in strategic planning initiatives
- ensure protection of company brand and assets
