Job Duties
- Rotate through multiple aspects of the restaurant to gain knowledge of the total operation
- Initial training period (4-6 months) before launching into the director level role with oversight of all facets of the restaurant (i.e., marketing, catering, inventory, scheduling, FOH/BOH, hiring)
- Create a culture of service and deep care for team members and guests-leading to a remarkable experience for all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A
- Mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team of people to motivate and help them reach their highest potential
- Develop 6-7 direct reports through one-on-one meetings, consistent reviews, and coaching
- Actively taking ownership of business responsibilities (i.e., budgeting, vendor relationships)
- Maintain quality in food safety, cleanliness, and overall, Chick-fil-A standards
- Ongoing evaluation of business needs and streamlining systems/processes for efficiency
- Build a strong relationship with the Leadership Team and executive operator's vision
