Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as Director of Operations or relevant role (managing multiple restaurant units)
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in restaurant management role or equivalent knowledge
  • Experience managing a minimum of 100 employees
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds several times per shift
  • Sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in work area
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours at a time
  • Must meet federal, state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to the service of food and beverages

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Director of Operations or relevant role (managing multiple restaurant units)

  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing

  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and cleanliness principles

Job Duties

  • Design and implement business strategies, plan and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of managers
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors
  • Responsible for promoting our company culture, core values, and disciplines and setting the standard for the operation through leadership by example
  • Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances
  • Designs and executes all company marketing programs in conjunction with the Marketing Manager
  • Ensures a harassment free environment for all team members and managers
  • Completes annual evaluations on all members of management
  • Maintains professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
  • Upholds safety and security standards always
  • Creates a positive and supportive environment of teamwork
