Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong quick service restaurant experience
  • Dynamic, energetic and positive leader
  • Self-starter and proactive in driving results
  • Excellent leadership behaviors including coaching and developing teams
  • At least 10 years restaurant management experience
  • Experience leading multiple high-volume units
  • Extensive area coach experience managing multiple general managers
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and team member roles
  • Experience in corporate office cross-functional team leadership
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit and equip the best operators to deliver great customer experiences
  • Build a healthy and robust bench of capable managers
  • Hold area coaches accountable for people, customer, sales and profit targets
  • Lead by example and champion Taco Bell culture and principles
  • Provide support and assistance for employee relations activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by leading managers in the market
  • Coach managers and area coaches to execute the Taco Bell Operating System and brand standards
  • Identify and resolve brand protection and safety issues with urgency
  • Partner with managers to grow sales and achieve profit targets
  • Train and coach area coaches on improving restaurant financial results
  • Utilize operational reports to identify opportunities and enforce procedures
  • Resolve repair and maintenance issues by collaborating with management and partners
