Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage P and L budgets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regularly between store locations
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience in coaching and developing teams

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience preferably within QSR or pizza delivery concepts
  • Deep knowledge of restaurant operations guest experience and team development
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on experience managing P and L budgets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Passion for hospitality team development and operational excellence
  • Flexibility to travel regularly between store locations in the region

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for a small portfolio of restaurants ensuring consistent execution of brand standards processes and company goals
  • Lead coach and develop General Managers and their teams building a strong leadership pipeline by mentoring high-potential talent and maintaining high team morale and engagement
  • Champion a guest-first culture monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and implementing improvements to enhance service and delivery experiences
  • Drive profitability through effective P and L management budgeting labor control and food cost management identifying and acting on opportunities to increase revenue and control costs
  • Ensure all restaurants operate in compliance with company standards health and safety regulations and local state and federal laws
  • Monitor and optimize restaurant performance through data-driven analysis store visits and regular check-ins addressing underperformance with proactive action plans
  • Collaborate with marketing HR training and supply chain teams to support local store initiatives and roll out corporate programs effectively at the store level
