Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Significant multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures and HR policies
  • Experience with P&L analysis
  • Supervisory experience
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws
  • Execution of training and development practices
  • Strong computer skills
  • Food safety certification
  • Ability to complete required training programs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and grab
  • Ability to work in loud environments
  • Ability to see, hear, talk, smell, and taste
  • Ability to wear headset
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to travel frequently including outside local area

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • College degree preferred
  • Significant restaurant operations experience
  • Multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Ability to learn and apply company standard operating procedures
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience with P&L analysis and corrective measures
  • Supervisory experience
  • Skilled in interviewing and identifying high-performing candidates
  • Knowledge of employment laws
  • Training and development execution skills
  • Strong PC skills
  • Food safety certification
  • Ability to complete recommended training programs

Job Duties

  • Ensure proper staffing levels and diversity in management workforce
  • Develop and implement recruitment, recognition, and retention plans for restaurant management
  • Provide training and development to maximize employee contributions and promotion opportunities
  • Mentor District Managers to improve operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and health regulations
  • Conduct working restaurant visits to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Protect company brand and assets through enforcement of policies and procedures
  • Maximize sales and profit goals by managing budgets and marketing plans
  • Monitor food and labor costs and implement corrective actions
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives and perform other assigned duties
