Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 18 years old or older
  • significant restaurant operations experience
  • multi-unit management experience
  • ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures
  • ability to learn and apply HR policies
  • P&L analysis skills
  • demonstrated supervisory skills
  • experience in interviewing high-performing candidates
  • knowledge of employment laws
  • training and development capabilities
  • strong PC skills
  • completion of recommended training
  • food safety certification
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and grab

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • college degree preferred
  • significant restaurant operations experience
  • multi-unit restaurant management experience required
  • ability to learn and apply company standard operating procedures
  • knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • experience with P&L analysis and corrective measures
  • demonstrated supervisory practices
  • experience interviewing and identifying high-performing candidates
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • ability to execute training and development practices
  • strong PC skills
  • ability to complete training programs such as Serve Safe and Phase Training
  • food safety certification

Job Duties

  • Ensures proper staffing levels are achieved
  • ensures diversity of management workforce
  • monitors crew and management labor availability
  • maintains system for recruiting, recognition, and retention of restaurant management
  • develops crew and management staffing plans
  • ensures quality, timely performance feedback and reviews
  • develops subordinates to maximize contributions and promotion opportunities
  • provides proper management training and development
  • achieves certified training restaurant goals
  • mentors District Managers to improve operational performance
  • oversees one District Manager to develop operational knowledge
  • ensures food safety procedures according to company policies and health regulations
  • conducts working restaurant visits to improve quality, service, and cleanliness
  • monitors food product quality and implements corrective actions
  • ensures protection of brand and assets through district compliance
  • evaluates store performance and coaches managers
  • maximizes sales goals versus budget and prior year
  • monitors and executes marketing programs
  • develops local restaurant marketing plans
  • manages new product rollout procedures
  • maximizes profit goals versus budget and prior year
  • reviews restaurant budgets
  • monitors food and labor costs
  • uses profit and loss statements to track results and implement corrective actions
  • utilizes knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, accounting, and administrative procedures
  • develops and trains subordinates on business operations and opportunity identification
  • participates in strategic planning initiatives
  • performs other assigned duties as required
