Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Significant restaurant operations experience
- Multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures
- Ability to learn and apply HR policies and procedures
- Ability to perform P&L analysis and take corrective action
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Ability to interview and identify high performing candidates
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws
- Ability to execute training and development
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to complete training programs such as Serve Safe
- Food safety certification
- Must be able to stand for long periods without a break
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments
- Must be able to walk, bend, and kneel
- Must be able to reach and grab
- Must be able to work in loud environments
- Must be able to see, hear, talk, smell, and taste
- Must be able to wear a headset
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Travel required between restaurants
- Some travel (10 percent) outside of local area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- College degree preferred
- Significant restaurant operations experience
- Multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Ability to learn and apply company standard operating procedures
- Experience with HR policies and procedures
- P&L analysis and corrective measures
- Demonstrated supervisory practices
- Interviewing and identifying high performing candidates
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Training and development execution
- Strong PC skills
- Completion of recommended training programs such as Serve Safe and Phase Training
- Food safety certification
Job Duties
- Oversees daily operations of a district of 12-13 restaurants
- Manages a District Manager responsible for 6-7 restaurants
- Grows sales and profits by improving customer satisfaction and human resource management
- Mentors employees and develops talent within the organization
- Ensures compliance with food safety procedures and health regulations
- Conducts working restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and cleanliness
- Implements corrective actions to maintain company standards
- Develops and executes local restaurant marketing plans
- Monitors budgets, food and labor costs, and utilizes profit and loss statements
- Participates in strategic planning initiatives affecting the operational market
- Provides training and development to subordinates
- Ensures proper staffing levels and diversity in the management workforce
- Conducts performance feedback and management reviews
- Protects company assets and brand through policy compliance
- Performs other assigned duties as required
