Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel frequently within assigned market
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent problem-solving abilities
- commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in food & beverage, business, marketing or management
- five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
- proven track record of achieving results and building successful teams
- passion for outstanding service and quality
- strong leadership and integrity with ability to build relationships and promote team success
- extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures and best practices
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- valid driver's license with ability to travel frequently within assigned market
Job Duties
- Leads operational activities for multiple restaurants in accordance with company guidelines regarding management development, sales, and profitability
- trains, coaches and develops General Managers and Operations Managers through performance feedback and evaluations
- follows up on training of managers-in-training and hourly employees working closely with the Training General Manager
- ensures development of Operations Managers within compliance with management development programs
- executes manpower planning and recruitment for restaurant level management and training
- maintains a safe and harassment-free workplace in all restaurants
- takes responsible action to solve problems including staff performance and personality conflicts
- develops and meets or exceeds area budget including capital investments and general administrative expenses
- promotes First Watch outside the restaurant
