Job Requirements

  • high school diploma required
  • 18 years old or older
  • significant restaurant operations experience
  • multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • ability to learn and apply company standard operating procedures
  • ability to learn and apply HR policies and procedures
  • experience in P&L analysis and corrective measures
  • demonstrated supervisory practices
  • experience interviewing and identifying high-performing candidates
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • ability to execute training and development practices
  • strong PC skills
  • ability to satisfactorily complete recommended training programs such as Serve Safe and Phase Training
  • food safety certification

Job Duties

  • ensures proper staffing levels and diversity of management workforce
  • monitors labor availability and maintains recruiting, recognition, and retention systems
  • develops staffing plans to ensure management stability
  • executes timely performance feedback and management reviews
  • mentors District Managers to improve operational performance
  • ensures execution of food safety procedures and compliance with health regulations
  • conducts restaurant visits to improve quality, service, and cleanliness
  • monitors and maintains company standards, taking corrective action as needed
  • maximizes sales goals and executes marketing programs
  • manages budgets, monitors food and labor costs, and implements corrective actions
  • utilizes knowledge of restaurant operations and financial procedures to drive sales growth and profitability
  • trains subordinates on business operations and opportunity identification
  • participates in strategic planning initiatives
  • performs additional duties as assigned
