Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Significant restaurant operations experience in multi-unit management or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to learn and apply company standard operating procedures and HR policies
  • Proficiency in P&L analysis and corrective measures
  • Experience in supervisory practices
  • Skilled in interviewing and identifying high-performing candidates
  • Knowledge of employment laws
  • Ability to execute training and development practices
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to complete training programs including Serve Safe
  • Food safety certification
  • 18 years old or older
  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and grab
  • Ability to work in loud environment
  • Ability to see, hear, talk, and wear a headset
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Travel required between restaurants with some travel (10%) outside of local area

  • Ability to execute training and development practices

Job Duties

  • Ensures proper staffing levels and diversity of management workforce
  • Monitors crew and management labor availability
  • Develops and maintains recruitment, recognition, and retention systems for restaurant management
  • Provides performance feedback, management, and reviews
  • Develops subordinates for promotion opportunities and provides management training
  • Mentors district managers to improve operational performance
  • Ensures food safety procedures are followed and executes corrective actions
  • Conducts restaurant visits to improve quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Monitors customer satisfaction and performs corrective actions as needed
  • Protects company assets and brand by ensuring policy compliance
  • Maximizes sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
  • Oversees local restaurant marketing plans and new product rollouts
  • Reviews budgets, food and labor costs, and P&L statements to enhance profitability
  • Develops and trains subordinates to understand business operations and identify opportunities
  • Participates in strategic planning initiatives
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required
