Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
- proven leadership and team-building skills
- passion for quality service
- extensive industry knowledge
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel frequently within assigned market
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in food & beverage, business, marketing, or management
- five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant industry operations
- proven track record of achieving results and building successful teams
- passion for excellent service and quality
- ability to partner and build relationships with leadership and integrity
- extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- valid driver's license with ability to travel frequently within assigned market
Job Duties
- Lead operational activities for multiple First Watch restaurants per company guidelines
- train, coach, and develop general managers and operations managers through performance feedback and evaluations
- follow up on training of MITs/CAFEs and hourly employees while collaborating with the Training General Manager
- ensure compliance with First Watch management development programs for operations managers
- implement effective manpower planning and recruitment of restaurant-level management
- maintain a safe and harassment-free workplace in all restaurants
- take swift and responsible action to resolve problems including staff performance and personality conflicts
- develop area budget for approval and meet or exceed financial goals including capital investments and administrative expenses
- promote First Watch brand outside the restaurant environment
