Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Ability to maintain a safe and harassment-free workplace
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned market
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in food & beverage, business, marketing or management
- Five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
- Proven track record in achieving results and building successful teams
- Passion for excellent service and quality
- Ability to build partnerships and demonstrate leadership with integrity
- Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within assigned market
Job Duties
- Lead operational activities for multiple First Watch restaurants following company guidelines regarding management development, sales, and profitability
- Train, coach, and develop General Managers and Operations Managers using performance feedback and evaluations
- Monitor training progress of Managers in Training and hourly employees in collaboration with the Training General Manager
- Ensure development of Operations Managers aligned with First Watch management development programs
- Execute manpower planning to facilitate continuous development, recruitment, and training of restaurant management
- Maintain a safe and harassment-free workplace across all restaurants
- Solve operational and personnel issues promptly and responsibly
- Develop and meet or exceed area budgets including capital and administrative expenses
- Promote First Watch brand outside the restaurants
