Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong quick service restaurant experience
- Experience leading multiple high volume units
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and manage talent
- Leadership experience as area coach managing multiple restaurant general managers
- Hands-on restaurant operation experience
- Experience in corporate field operations leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve conflict and build teams
- Energetic and proactive leadership style
Job Qualifications

- Strong quick service restaurant experience balancing product quality with fast service times

- Extensive experience in restaurant management with people development and performance management

- Experience leading multiple managers of high volume units

- Corporate office experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties
- Recruit and equip the best operators in the world to deliver great customer experiences
- Build a healthy and robust bench of developed and capable managers
- Hold area coaches accountable for people, customer, sales and profit targets
- Lead by example and be a culture champion living by Taco Bell principles
- Provide leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
- Leverage customer programs to improve execution opportunities
- Train, coach and hold accountable area coaches and restaurant managers for executing Taco Bell Operating System and delivering brand standards including food safety
- Identify and act with urgency to resolve brand protection issues
- Partner with managers to build sales over last year’s achievement
- Train and coach area coaches to improve restaurant financial results
- Lead delivery of restaurant profit targets
- Work with area coaches to meet targeted flow-thru objectives and identify opportunities
- Improve problem solving and planning skills of teams
- Work with management to resolve repair and maintenance issues and identify trends
