Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- at least four years of related experience
- experience with room inventory and occupancy
- experience with hotel restaurant systems such as MICROS
- excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Assist the hotel General Manager with successful operation and administration of all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage
- partner with HR and Accounting to ensure consistent and effective processes across the hotel
- ensure all departments are balanced focusing on exceptional guest experience and maximizing department profitability
- ensure all hotel operations are professionally carried out to the highest service standards
- plan, implement, and control effective departmental strategies that drive results
- create, develop, and maintain a competent, motivated, and empowered hotel staff
- lead, train, coach, motivate, engage, and provide feedback to hotel staff, supervisors, and managers daily
- assume the General Manager role in their absence
