Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college
- At least four years of related hospitality experience or equivalent work experience
- Experience with room inventory and occupancy management
- Experience with hotel restaurant systems such as MICROS
- Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Assist the general manager with operation and administration of all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage
- Partner with HR and accounting to ensure consistent and effective hotel processes
- Balance departmental operations focusing on guest experience and profitability
- Ensure all hotel operations are carried out professionally and to high standards of service
- Plan, implement, and control departmental strategies to achieve operational goals
- Lead, train, coach, motivate, engage, and provide feedback to hotel staff, supervisors, and managers
- Assume general manager role in their absence
