Job Requirements

  • 18 years old or older
  • high school diploma
  • multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures
  • knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • experience with P and L analysis and corrective actions
  • demonstrated supervisory experience
  • experience interviewing and identifying high-performing candidates
  • knowledge of applicable employment laws
  • ability to execute training and development practices
  • strong computer skills
  • food safety certification
  • ability to complete recommended training programs
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, grab
  • ability to work in loud environments
  • ability to see and hear
  • ability to wear a headset
  • ability to talk, smell, and taste
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • travel required including up to 10 percent outside local area

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • college degree preferred
  • significant restaurant operations experience
  • multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • ability to learn and apply company operating procedures
  • knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • experience in supervisory practices
  • demonstrated ability in interviewing and hiring high-performing candidates
  • understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • ability to execute training and development programs
  • strong PC skills
  • food safety certification
  • ability to complete recommended training programs such as Serve Safe and Phase Training

Job Duties

  • Ensures proper staffing levels and diversity of management workforce
  • monitors labor availability and maintains recruitment, recognition, and retention systems
  • develops crew and management staffing plans
  • executes performance feedback and management processes
  • develops subordinates to maximize contributions and promotion opportunities
  • mentors District Managers to improve operational performance
  • ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • conducts restaurant visits to improve quality, service, and cleanliness
  • implements corrective actions to meet customer satisfaction standards
  • protects company brand and assets through policy compliance
  • manages sales and profit goals against budget and prior year
  • monitors food and labor costs and implements corrective actions
  • uses financial and operational knowledge to maximize profitability
  • trains subordinates on business operations and areas of opportunity
  • participates in strategic planning initiatives
  • performs additional duties as assigned or required
