Job Requirements

  • Closely related qualification
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in high volume bar or restaurant environment
  • Proven leadership experience as General Manager or Director/VP of Operations
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, marketing, promotions, and sales retention
  • Proficiency with computer systems including Excel, Windows, and POS
  • Strong leadership abilities and time management skills
  • Ability to coach and develop managers effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree highly preferred but not required
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in high volume bar or restaurant settings as General Manager or Director of Operations
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, marketing, and sales building
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Proficient in computers including Excel, Windows, POS systems
  • Service-minded attitude with commitment to operational excellence
  • Ability to assess talent and develop managers
  • Skilled in coaching, teaching, and providing feedback

Job Duties

  • Deliver quality-focused results in operational excellence
  • Build and mentor talented management teams
  • Manage P&L and strategic planning
  • Ensure brand positioning and alignment with sales goals
  • Coach managers and team members on processes and policies
  • Monitor and report on operational goals regularly
  • Oversee food and liquor inventories and loss prevention
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
  • Hire, train, and mentor staff for corporate and franchise locations
  • Collaborate with senior management and legal/accounting departments
  • Foster a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and employees
