Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline preferred
  • Minimum five years food service operations experience at District Manager or equivalent level
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Conducts restaurant visits individually and with Area Coaches to ensure proper execution of all standards
  • Ensures Area Coaches and restaurant managers use resources to maintain qualified staffing
  • Oversees training and certification levels across all restaurants
  • Monitors and maintains facilities and equipment in original operating condition
  • Controls COS, labor costs, and other controllable expenses within budget and coaches teams on corrective actions
  • Ensures safe and secure restaurant operations including food safety and cash controls
  • Executes new product rollouts and promotional campaigns to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conducts regular Area Coach meetings and participates in management meetings
  • Reviews and approves restaurant CAPEX requests and coordinates maintenance and vendor activities
  • Develops and oversees annual restaurant budgets and CAPEX plans
  • Conducts performance appraisals and supports development of Area Coaches
