Job Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant operations or multi-unit management
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Compliance with the company's grooming and appearance policy, including no tattoos on the hand, neck, face, or behind the ears
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data
- Experience in training and team development
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations, leading and managing all operational aspects to ensure efficiency, productivity, and excellence in Front of House, Back of House, and Catering
- Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to Directors and department leaders
- Maintain and enforce Chick-fil-A's service, food safety, and brand standards while optimizing restaurant performance
- Analyze key performance indicators, labor costs, food costs, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive profitability and continuous improvement
- Champion a culture of exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest
- Partner with leadership to recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of professional growth and leadership development
- Monitor budgets, financial reports, and operational costs, making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability
