Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple above store leaders
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient business math and accounting skills
- Can make strong analytical decisions
- Proficient computer literacy
- College or university degree preferred
- Three to five years of successful high sales volume
- Operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry
- Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
- Operates with integrity and confidentiality
- Must be able to analyze a general ledger document
- Must be able to put together weekly rack and stack based upon prior week’s profitability data
- Must be able to analyze P&L profitability and create reports for field highlighting period end results
- Must able to analyze sales and transaction trends to develop local store marketing strategies
- Must be able to implement AHA Hut’s overall vision consistently
- Must be able to create bonus programs to motivate team members
- Must be able to create and implement a successful delivery driver program
- Must be able to use Excel
- Must have 10 years experience at multi-unit level

- Experience analyzing P&L statements and sales trends
- Ability to implement brand vision and create incentive programs
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Mentor above store leaders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure leaders work schedules that prioritize peak business hours
- Monitor and train on order forecasting and billing processes
- Deliver restaurant controllable profit and meet EBITDA targets
- Analyze reports to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Develop and implement action plans to address operational challenges
- Manage hiring, training, and promotion of restaurant staff
- Conduct regular visits and provide feedback to store leaders
- Oversee inventory, labor management, and financial reporting
- Drive sales growth and operational excellence across all units
