Job Requirements

  • high school diploma required
  • 18 years old or older
  • significant restaurant operations experience
  • multi-unit restaurant management experience or equivalent education and experience
  • ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures
  • ability to learn and apply HR policies and procedures
  • skills in P&L analysis and corrective measures
  • experience in supervisory practices
  • experience interviewing and identifying high performing candidates
  • knowledge of applicable employment laws
  • ability to execute training and development
  • strong PC skills
  • ability to complete recommended training programs such as Serve Safe and Phase training
  • food safety certification
  • must be able to stand for long periods without a break
  • must be able to work in hot and cold environments
  • must be able to walk, bend, kneel, reach and grab
  • must be able to work in loud environments
  • must be able to see, hear, talk
  • must be able to wear a headset to take orders
  • must be able to smell and taste
  • must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • travel required between restaurants including up to 10 percent outside local area

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • ensures proper staffing levels are achieved
  • ensures diversity of management workforce
  • monitors crew and management labor availability
  • maintains recruiting, recognition, and retention systems for management
  • develops crew and management staffing plans
  • executes performance feedback and management processes
  • develops subordinates for promotion opportunities
  • provides restaurant management training
  • achieves certified training restaurant goals
  • mentors district managers to improve operational performance
  • oversees district manager to develop operational knowledge
  • ensures all food safety procedures comply with company policies and regulations
  • conducts restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and cleanliness
  • ensures 'Delight Every Customer' standards are met
  • enforces company policies and protects company assets
  • evaluates store performance and coaches managers
  • maximizes sales goals and monitors marketing program execution
  • develops local restaurant marketing plans
  • manages new product rollouts and procedures
  • maximizes profit goals and reviews budgets
  • monitors and controls food and labor costs
  • utilizes profit and loss statements for corrective actions
  • applies knowledge of operations, budgeting, and accounting for profitability
  • trains subordinates on business operations and opportunities
  • participates in strategic planning initiatives
  • performs other assigned duties as required
