Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Significant restaurant operations experience
  • Multi-unit management experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to learn company procedures
  • Ability to apply HR policies
  • Experience with P&L analysis
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience in interviewing and identifying high performing candidates
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Ability to execute training and development
  • Strong PC skills
  • Ability to complete recommended training
  • Food safety certification

Job Qualifications

  • Significant restaurant operations experience
  • Multi-unit restaurant management experience required

  • Experience in supervisory practices

  • Food safety certification

Job Duties

  • Ensure proper staffing levels and diversity of management workforce
  • Monitor labor availability and maintain recruitment, recognition, and retention systems
  • Develop management staffing plans and execute performance management
  • Mentor employees and provide restaurant management training
  • Oversee District Manager to improve operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and health regulations
  • Conduct restaurant visits to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Protect company assets and brand through policy compliance and inspections
  • Maximize sales and profit goals through local marketing and budget management
  • Review food and labor costs and implement corrective actions
  • Utilize knowledge of operations, budgeting, and accounting for performance improvement
  • Develop subordinates to identify and address business opportunities
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
