Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Significant restaurant operations experience
- Multi-unit management experience or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to learn company procedures
- Ability to apply HR policies
- Experience with P&L analysis
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in interviewing and identifying high performing candidates
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Ability to execute training and development
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to complete recommended training
- Food safety certification

Job Duties
- Ensure proper staffing levels and diversity of management workforce
- Monitor labor availability and maintain recruitment, recognition, and retention systems
- Develop management staffing plans and execute performance management
- Mentor employees and provide restaurant management training
- Oversee District Manager to improve operational performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and health regulations
- Conduct restaurant visits to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Protect company assets and brand through policy compliance and inspections
- Maximize sales and profit goals through local marketing and budget management
- Review food and labor costs and implement corrective actions
- Utilize knowledge of operations, budgeting, and accounting for performance improvement
- Develop subordinates to identify and address business opportunities
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
