Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area

Job Duties
- Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with brand standards

- Lead and coach operations teams to optimize occupancy and controllable expenses
- Facilitate ongoing communication and staff engagement through meetings and briefings
- Conduct employee performance reviews and promote a culture of accountability
