Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • or 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with brand standards

  • Analyze guest satisfaction data and implement corrective actions
  • Lead and coach operations teams to optimize occupancy and controllable expenses
  • Facilitate ongoing communication and staff engagement through meetings and briefings
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and promote a culture of accountability
