Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations management
- Experience managing budgets and financial forecasting
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively

- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Co-creates long-term vision for profitability, sales and growth with operator and executive director of operations
- Leads and oversees coordination of all aspects of restaurant operations
- Ensures customer satisfaction at all times
- Engages in immediate problem resolution and develops short-term plans to correct critical issues
- Drives financial performance and provides feedback to leadership
- Manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the restaurant
- Establishes and posts daily sales goals to the team
- Tracks and charts sales, labor and productivity daily
- Reviews IPO and collaborates with executive team to improve performance
- Establishes project budgets to assist managers in decision making
- Maintains cashier accountability log and daily reports
- Monitors food cost and manages waste
- Promotes unity among team members and leadership through effective communication
- Coaches and mentors team members
- Prepares leaders to speak intelligently about processes and best practices
- Analyzes quarterly CEM reports
- Drives continuous improvement
