Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations management
  • Experience managing budgets and financial forecasting
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with performance tracking tools and financial software
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Co-creates long-term vision for profitability, sales and growth with operator and executive director of operations
  • Leads and oversees coordination of all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Ensures customer satisfaction at all times
  • Engages in immediate problem resolution and develops short-term plans to correct critical issues
  • Drives financial performance and provides feedback to leadership
  • Manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the restaurant
  • Establishes and posts daily sales goals to the team
  • Tracks and charts sales, labor and productivity daily
  • Reviews IPO and collaborates with executive team to improve performance
  • Establishes project budgets to assist managers in decision making
  • Maintains cashier accountability log and daily reports
  • Monitors food cost and manages waste
  • Promotes unity among team members and leadership through effective communication
  • Coaches and mentors team members
  • Prepares leaders to speak intelligently about processes and best practices
  • Analyzes quarterly CEM reports
  • Drives continuous improvement
