Job Duties
- Be the role model of Atlas core values—leading with hospitality, integrity, and passion
- Drive operational excellence in both front and back of house while keeping guest experiences at the forefront
- Coach and develop general managers and executive chefs, helping them translate business goals into daily execution
- Oversee P&L performance, labor analysis, inventory, and strategic budgeting
- Partner with corporate leadership on company-wide initiatives, ensuring Houston leads the way in performance and culture
- Champion talent development by growing internal leaders and attracting top external candidates
- Stay present and connected with your teams by actively working shifts, pre-shifts, and engaging directly with guests and staff
- Use data and analytics to spot trends, solve challenges, and drive continuous improvement
- Safeguard safety, compliance, and positive working conditions across all properties
