Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in restaurant operations with a focus on off-premise, catering, or digital fulfillment
- Demonstrated success improving guest experience metrics and driving sales through operational excellence
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both restaurant and support center teams
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and passion for creating operational solutions that work in restaurants
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week in the Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado
- Candidates must reside locally or be open to relocating

Job Duties
- Lead the development and implementation of operational standards for all off-premise channels, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and outstanding guest experience
- Partner with field operations to ensure all off-premise initiatives are executable, sustainable, and deliverable at the restaurant level
- Monitor key performance metrics, including overall satisfaction, taste of food, and accuracy of order, to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Strengthen catering and group ordering performance through operational readiness, process improvements, and team engagement
- Establish and maintain best practices for catering operations that deliver consistency and delight with every order
- Troubleshoot and resolve off-premise execution issues to ensure reliability across all channels
- Act as the operational point of contact for all off-premise systems, technology, and integrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure restaurants are prepared to execute new off-premise initiatives and promotions
- Serve as the company’s subject matter expert on off-premise operations, strategy, and execution
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, technology, and best practices to position Noodles as a leader in off-premise dining
