Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality or resort management, communications, public relations, or related major
  • Five years of relevant work experience, preferably in a club environment
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to work in a moderate noise level environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or Resort Management, Communications, Public Relations, or related major
  • Five years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Club environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in database management and membership software
  • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Experience in event coordination and community engagement
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and excellent member service

Job Duties

  • Develops and implements targeted sales strategies to increase and retain club memberships while maximizing commission opportunities
  • Prioritizes net new members
  • Maintains the club’s database (membership register) of members’ files to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Leads the Membership Committee, coordinating efforts to meet club membership goals and fostering member engagement
  • Processes all requests for and transfers of membership, ensuring a smooth transition for new and existing members
  • Assists prospective members in fulfilling application requirements and conducts tours to showcase club benefits
  • Implements an orientation program for new members to enhance their experience and loyalty
