Job Requirements
- College degree (A.A. or B.A.)
- Minimum five years of management experience in country club or hospitality environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting
- Ability to organize and coordinate events
- Excellent customer service and member relations skills
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of five years of management experience in a country club or hospitality environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar software
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and drive membership sales
Job Duties
- Assist in developing and maintaining the atmosphere of a private club that distinguishes it positively from competition
- Assist with preparing monthly membership sales and marketing reports to highlight sales and marketing activities
- Actively develop a prospective member roster from personal referrals, corporate directors and officers, association rosters, professional societies and local organizations
- Ensure prompt and regular communication with all members regarding membership matters and club activities
- Coordinate all marketing plans including special events, membership promotions, publicity events and public relations
- Assist with day-to-day administrative membership matters including maintaining membership files, following up on telephone and internet inquiries, processing new member applications and membership status changes
- Oversee the publication of the monthly club newsletter and maintenance of the club’s website to promote club activities and special events
