Job Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must possess excellent organization and time management skills
- Able to travel to hotel properties
- Must sometimes work long hours including nights, evenings, and weekends
- Capable of occasional overnight travel
- Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Four year college degree in marketing preferred
- At least 8 years’ experience in marketing with project and employee management
- Strong hospitality marketing background preferred
- Proven ability to design and implement high-impact campaigns
- Experience in traditional and digital marketing
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
- Manage multiple marketing projects and budgets
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales to achieve revenue goals
- Oversee brand development and rebranding strategies
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO and social media
- Recruit, train, and manage marketing team members
- Monitor market and campaign performance with KPI reporting
