Job Requirements
- 6 - 10+ years of hospitality marketing experience (restaurant, bar, hotel, or lifestyle brand)
- Strong track record in both brand marketing and performance-driven growth
- Expertise in Meta/Google Ads, SEO, CRM (Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar), and analytics tools
- Experience with Resy, SevenRooms, or other hospitality tech platforms
- Creative eye, excellent copywriting instincts, and passion for hospitality culture
- South Florida market knowledge a plus

Job Duties
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans across all BOL venues
- Lead paid, owned, and earned media from Meta and Google campaigns to influencer activations
- Oversee content creation, photography, video, and social media presence
- Build and manage CRM/email/SMS strategies to drive repeat visits and guest loyalty
- Collaborate with GMs, chefs, and event teams to launch and sell out experiences
- Manage agencies, budgets, and reporting dashboards
- Uphold brand consistency across all print, digital, and in-venue touchpoints
- Build and mentor a small, high-performing marketing team
