Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 10 years marketing experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to manage multiple market segments through team collaboration
- Effective communication and executive reporting skills
- Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in digital marketing and data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

- Experience in brand development
- MBA or master's degree in marketing preferred

Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for North American OEM group
- Lead and manage a team of marketing directors, managers, content creators, and social media professionals
- Collaborate with marketing department heads on product launches, digital initiatives, event management, and social media tactics
- Drive OEM interest in Lippert's products and promote the company's market leadership and employer brand
- Communicate marketing activities and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders including Group President, SVP of Sales, and CEO
- Analyze market trends and data to inform marketing strategies
- Maintain close communication with VP of Innovation and engineering teams to integrate product insights into marketing efforts
